This exhaust unit insures marked items are cleaner, the work environment is more pleasant and the lasers optics are protected from residue damage.
This unit is sized for small galvo laser marking compartments with relatively light particulate loads. It is not suitable for high odor or heavy applications like rubber stamps, or cutting applications in wood, plastics, or acrylic. Also, it is not sized or for use with gantry lasers, they require higher air flow and larger filter surfaces.
There are 2 levels of filtration (including HEPA), a carbon pad and an activated carbon stage to address odors. Power requirements - 120V 15 amp service.
Provided in the kit - laser communication cable and 2" diameter flex hose with clamps. Filter media may be new or lightly used on demonstration units.
