TBH LN265 is ideal for Laser Fume and Dust extractoin applications where higher airflow and larger filter capacity is needed. The compact and modular design allows users to adapt filters to suite a multitude of laser application processes. The TBH LN265 A can easily be modifed by simply selecting new combinations of pre-filters, particle filters and carbon filters. Using high-performance turbines to create high amounts of static pressure, the LN265 A system can be arranged decentrally allowing reliable extraction, even over longer distances. The LN series effectively filters vapours and gases from the air, especially for soldering work, laser processing and sticky and moist dusts.
The adsorption of the gaseous substances takes place with the 26L activated carbon (physical adsorption) granulate (chemical adsorption) filter. This large capactiy filter is able to take up a very broad spectrum of gases and odours. -> Neutralization through chemical bonding with the reaction substance applied to the substrate material. Filters are easily changed via side locking clamps, no special tools or knowledge required.
