Service and Technical Support

Our service and technical support provides customers with service, advice and solutions to hardware and software issues and problems.
Phone support is free during the warranty period and also includes remote support with Teamviewer.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance extends machine life and increases production reliability. We maintance the machines we sell reliably and professionally.
The personnel trained by the manufacturers serves in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. If necessary, we also service the equipment at the customer's premises.

New machines have a 24-month warranty. Any possible delivery and travel costs are not covered by the warranty.

In addition to normal maintenance, we offer a maintenance contract for new machines.
The agreement includes:
  • The importer's fast and competent maintenance and repair service   
  • Fixed-price maintenance visits with all work, parts and accessories
  • The work performed on the machine during the maintenance of the maintenance inspection report and the condition of the machine at each maintenance 
  • Fast response time 
  • New machine installation and commissioning training at the customer's premises (travel expenses will be charged)
